Are your pickles handmade or factory-produced?
Every jar of Traditional Bihari Pickles is 100% handmade in small batches using age-old family recipes and traditional sun-drying methods.
What kind of oil do you use in your pickles?
We exclusively use high-quality, pungent cold-pressed mustard oil (Kacchi Ghani), which acts as a natural preservative and provides the authentic Bihari flavor profile.
Do you add any artificial preservatives or colors?
No, we do not use any artificial preservatives, synthetic colors, or flavor enhancers. Our pickles are preserved naturally using salt, oil, and sunlight.
How long does shipping take within India?
We typically process orders within 48 hours. Depending on your location, your pickle jars will arrive within 5-7 business days.
What is the shelf life of your pickles?
Most of our pickles have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. We recommend using a clean, dry spoon and ensuring the top layer is always covered with oil for maximum longevity.
What if my glass jar arrives broken?
We use premium eco-friendly packaging to prevent breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
