Return Process

Email our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged jar or leakage.
- 2.Verification
Our quality control team will review your submission to verify the issue against our packaging and dispatch logs.
- 3.Approval Notification
Once your claim is validated, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval of your replacement or refund.
- 4.Resolution Dispatch
We will ship a fresh replacement jar at no extra cost to you or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
